One of my biggest challenges in starting Teaspoon Willies' was to find the right ingredients. The health and well being of my friends and family is every important to me, so I strive to proved them with the highest quality ingredients. For this reason my sauces are entirely all-natural. All of my herbs and spices are grown certified organic and come starting form mother earth.With five different unique and savory sauces, I’ am confident Teaspoon Willie’s can compliment any food, meal, or beverage. The goal runs much deeper than just selling unique sauces, it is to help people rediscover their inner chef and create a sense of community among those enjoying a meal together.

My duties as a Software QA Engineer included developing load testing, automation, PCI compliant manual testing, and process validation. In this agile department I solidified and implemented a quality engineering procedure for existing functionality, new functionality, integration processes through Sales Force, as well as test, stage, and production environments. Generated and upheld universal test templates for all projects internal and external to PaySimple, ADP, Pay Tally, Western Union, Chase (Zip), and AcceptPay (American Express).

Lead tester and developer for automation, manual testing and process validation. Solidified and implemented a standard quality assurance procedure for existing functionality, new functionality, and integration processes, ‘builds’ to the development team, as well as Test, Stage, and Production. Created and maintained universal test templates for all projects and promotion of integration of new processes. Utilize developers to test core functionality, bugs and new functionality.

• Led timely projects by preparing and reviewing test plans, acquiring test requirements from business analysts, executing test scripts, and regression testing. • Integrated software development projects that covered network processes for Sales, Telecommunications, Billing, Service Management, Inventory, Service Activation, Order Entry, and Provisioning departments. Functional testing for multiple platforms across several applications for cross department integration. • Defined and tracked defects in ‘DDTS’ for application and beta software. Coordinated trainings for users to ensure consistency company wide once functionality testing was completed. • Assisted the Billing department to ensure correct ‘bill sites’, and verified bill sites integrate with all of the applications properly. Led projects dealing with 3 VOIP, billing, and location end-to-end functional testing.
