Trading floor & Post Trade OperationsFor the last 9 years, managed and supervised workings of over 450 trading floor servers and their respective applications. Served as primary site contact for all Netezza (storage) SAN management issues, to include file configuration, data analysis and hardware support. Maintained Unix skillset needed in order to edit scripts, modify file structure, and read data contained within files in order to quickly troubleshoot issues and problems. Due to detailed Unix background, able to quickly troubleshoot problems and define immediate fixes when a problem arose. This was done via line command and editing script files. This was key in order to ensure little down time for heavy production environmentEnsured production data was processed successfully, within time limits and deadlines as outlined in Operations procedures, shift checklists and Standard Level of Agreements (SLAs)Confirmed that all Incidents and Problem tickets were addressed and resolved with pertinent and complete information, helping to create historical database for similar issues.
