● Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders in producing marketing collaterals, including visual content, reports, social media, and website development. ● Additionally, facilitated social amplification for flagship events and conferences to ensure effective campaign planning and execution.● Effectively manage the campaign budget, ensuring optimal allocation and deployment. ● Monitor and evaluate the performance of all paid media, analysing results against predefined goals, benchmarks, UTM tracking, Return on Investment (ROI), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using data from Sprinklr, Campaign Manager (LinkedIn), Ad Manager (Meta), Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics. ● Conduct A/B testing across all paid media channels to derive significant insights into performance and effectiveness, ultimately informing data-driven decision-making. ● Generate detailed campaign performance reports to identify trends and actionable insights .● Conduct comprehensive social listening research and benchmark the bank's online presence against competitors.● Create a diverse range of digital assets, including images, videos, and GIFs, through the use of Photoshop to support various campaign initiatives. ● Utilise Semrush to generate broad, phrase, and exact match keywords for in-house Google ads promoting Bank of Singapore events. ● Maintain oversight of the bank's official organic social media channels and manage the content calendar. ● Oversee the maintenance of the corporate web, digital services microsite, and the internal intranet microsite, collaborating closely with the technical lead on content publishing and editing. ● Manage the end-to-end lead management process, maintain the lead database, and closely track conversion rates. ● Continuously explore and adopt innovative solutions and digital marketing technologies to enhance overall digital marketing performance and user experience.

● Overseeing and developing a range of engaging content monthly for owned social media calendar with the used of Global/Regional assets as well as localized asset, to highlight key campaigns across various social platforms as needed for MAC & Bobbi Brown● Lead content strategy and align campaign focuses that suit target audiences and build brand equity by supporting marketing programs. ● Uploading and scheduling of posts on creator studio and producing copywriting for Instagram, Facebook & Lazada● Working with Retailers on their Social Media Account (Metro, Isetan, Nex, Lazada, BHG, Sephora, Takashimaya, Tangs and IShopChangi) to ensure consistency of brand’s voice, the right mechanics and assets are aligned, and timely postings done on their end● Support and guide the creation of Influencers content in paid partnerships● Planning, budgeting, and executing monthly Giveaways (Mother’s Day, Newly Launches, Repromoted campaigns etc)● Managing social accounts and creating content for Makeup Artists on Xiao Hong Shu and their owned social sites● Preparing assets and creating copywriting for Lazada Key Moments: Lazada Birthday and Super Brand Day● Track and identify trends on owned social and recreating these trends to our owned social● Evaluating and analyzing data from owned Social Insights to generate learning for whole team to apply learning in the next 360 marketing campaign● Monitoring competitor’s digital marketing activities● Maintenance of social posting and highlights for MAC &Bobbi Brown● Creating Creative Briefs to develop localized assets via in-house or with content production agency to produce either photos or videos, to be used for owned social.
