In this contract role my scope was wide; helping staff the influx of hires for the brand new Conway Center, assisting with recruiting processes and improvement, and creating interface and presence with Hiring Managers!

This role was a leadership role with 2 direct reports and 2 indirect reports. Together, we managed the recruiting for over 50 reqs at a time. I created processes and documents to measure successes and failures for each position and hiring managers experience. Once managers and the team saw the improvement in the changes things turned around quickly and time to fill decreased.
