Key Contributions1. Report and critique all the design components of all the projects undertaken by HF including and not limited to Architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical designs to ensure their completeness and practicability2. Manage, appointment and supervision of all professional services and cost engineering exercises for projects undertaken by HFDI3. Provide post-construction Facilities Management for all residential properties under HF Group.4. Working with government entities to ensure all statutory approvals are obtained 5. Manage all procurement matters relating to projects including but not limited to management of the tender process, the appointment of contractors, subcontractors and management of client-supplied items to ensure quality delivery of projects on time and within budget.6. Ensure the appropriate site surveys and investigations are conducted to support the smooth implementation of projects 7. Coordinate and liaise with the legal team to ensure that all requirements and documentation are in order to avoid possible litigation and conveyance delays 8. Ensure all requisite project funding is secured and monitor utilization of funds to ensure that projects are completed within budget 9. Manage and monitor the sales and marketing strategy to ensure that projects are closed within the project timelines
