I hold a Bachelors degree of Entrepreneurship and Project Planning of Uganda Christian University and many more Certificates like ACTHealth, Entrepreneurship and Business Mgt,First Aid,Peer to Peer Education,Leadership and Communication,Climate Smart Agriculture and Agri business among othersI have a Eight years work experience at Youth Empowerment and Skilling Network Uganda(YESNET), Innovations for Poverty Action Uganda (IPAU), International Research Consortium Uganda (IRCU),SRHR Alliance,DSW Uganda,UBOS-PDM,Uganda Electoral Commission,Red Cross Uganda, Osukuru Skills Development Institute,Ministry of Health and Ministry of Water and Environment. In all organizations I worked as a Research Assistant,Trainer of Trainers,Peer Educator,Youth2Youth Mentorship Trainer,Skilling Instructor and Team leader where I administered Digital and Paper Assisted face to face interviews,Focused Group Discussions to study participants, Consent, Assent and recruit study participants, Data entry, Pilot testing studies, Training field officers,Administering questionnaires, and collaboration with other NGO'S among many roles.I have been able to develop hands on professional experience with the community understanding their cultures, collaborating with other institutions.
