· Direct quality/production/customer responsibilities and actions as required.· Direct quality control coordinator, quality control supervisor and auditors in daily actions/duties.· Record OSHA-recordable accidents/maintain OSHA-300 log.· Interact with customers/clients as required.· Conduct monthly site safety inspections.· Assist V.P. of Operations in managing of hourly employees and general plant operations.· Serve as human resources contact/representative.· Generate 8D/corrective action reports upon requests.

· Perform cosmetic inspections of aircraft cabinets.· Utilize Catia model system to reference accuracy of cabinet build and installation of components.· Perform electrical, plumbing and final inspections on completed aircraft cabinets.· Reference Federal Aviation Administration and company engineering standards to insure air worthiness of completed aircraft cabinets and components.· Take and submit measurements of completed cabinets to insure correct installation dimensions.· Verify and record all electrical, plumbing, and cosmetic components installed into cabinets per engineering design and customer request.

· Communicate with store/department managers to procure displays.· Place orders and deliver product to stores in accurate, safe and timely manner.· Operate delivery truck in safe manner to transport product to delivery point.·Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspection of delivery truck as required by federal regulations.·CDL Class B License acquired.

· Perform visual inspections of finished products.· Receive and inspect raw materials.· Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.· Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.· Supply quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions.· Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.· Compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses.· Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.· Investigate or report questionable test results.· Evaluate analytical methods and procedures to determine how they might be improved.· Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.· Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.· Calibrate, validate, or maintain laboratory equipment.· Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.· Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems.· Train other analysts to perform laboratory procedures and assays.
