I am a dedicated Associate Quantitative Research Scientist of Statistics and Psychometrics at Lumanity (Patient-Centered Outcomes). I lead projects that focus on evaluating the psychometric properties of clinical outcome assessments using a blend of classical and modern statistical methodologies. In my current role, I lead the design and execution of analytic projects, ensuring clear communication of complex results to clients with diverse technical backgrounds. My responsibilities also include developing comprehensive statistical and psychometric analysis plans, technical reports, regulatory dossiers, and evidence packages. Additionally, I serve as my team's AI Ambassador, where I help integrate ethical and secure AI platforms to optimize internal processes across the company.As a proud first-generation college student, I successfully navigated and excelled in my academic journey, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Biological Anthropology & Sociology from the University of California – Santa Barbara, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude. During my undergraduate studies, I achieved Dean’s List recognition for academic excellence and was honored with the Research Promise Award from the Anthropology Department for my research in cancer biology. My interdisciplinary training has equipped me with robust qualitative skills (e.g., survey design, transcript analysis, interviewing) and quantitative skills (e.g., statistical methodology, programming, data visualization), laying a strong foundation for my work as a mixed-methods researcher.
