•Responsible for direction and oversight of North American Product Management division at one of the world’s largest IT and audio-visual distribution enterprises, including management of P&L, and implementation of vendor & product strategy for over 200,000+ Products from 200+ Manufacturer partners, with sales portfolio exceeding $500 million.•Chosen to lead worldwide Pro AV Council as Chairperson, driving synergy, opportunity, harmonization, and strategy across the globe, to include each Exertis region, peers, and 25+ company leaders.•Implemented strategies which expanded Products portfolio from 20 Product lines to over 200 with 200,000+ SKUs and grew Operating Budget from $20MM to $350MM; which aided in Stampede being acquired by DCC plc through DCC Technology, a publicly traded FTSE100 conglomerate based in Dublin, Ireland.•Designed and implemented Volume Incentive, Marketing and Channel Programs with 200+ Manufacturer Partners; negotiated to attract disproportionate share of investment back into the product portfolio resulting in leading gross margin return on investment (GMROI) annually' including negotiated investments from manufacturers, margin generated on product sale, and turns on inventory.

•Developed processes and personnel leading to genesis of Marketing Department, including hiring full time employees; designed and negotiated quarterly and annual Marketing Programs and resulting in industry leading combined annual investment from Manufacturers.•Initiated BIG BOOK of AV campaign; branding and BIG BOOOK of AV Tour, consisting of 13 live events throughout North America, and 6 international events annually, resulting in campaign messaging and digital marketing being accessible in local markets, and the aggregation of end users, integrators, manufacturers, and Stampede/Exertis team in strategic locations.• Leadership role developing smaller professional / commercial audio-video products distribution company into industry leader. •Directed $1.7B Technology Products division of $6B publicly traded company, representing 25% of the organization’s total business.•Responsible for the management and oversight of 30 Senior Employees in Director and Managerial positions, encompassing business units with $300MM of technology sales in NY, and $1B in Chicago.•Core duties included: Vendor Management, Portfolio Management, Business Strategy and Growth.•Added reverse synergy to broader $1B Technology Products category: negotiated programs that out-performed United Stationers at time of merger with Azerty Inc. and grew impact on EBITDA by 10x.•Held dual offices for 5 years between NY and Chicago headquarters for in-person management of local relationships and team building, contributing to direct growth of technology category to $1.7B.•Administered Delivering Effective Leadership Teamwork & Accountability (DELTA) Cultural Transformation Program over an 18-month period to over 6,000 employees across 60 national sites to drive accountability for business growth and success: while developing a high performing organization. • First non-founder President of the Board. Computers For Children [now Mission: Ignite]. • Since 1997, Mission: Ignite has existed to end the digital divide in Buffalo, WNY, and surrounding areas. Many people lack the resources necessary to purchase a computer or get the technical training needed to use them. At the same time, rapid technology change means that over 2 million tons of hazardous e-waste is created in the U.S each year. Mission: Ignite addresses this by refurbishing technology and providing STEM training to the Buffalo community and surrounding areas.
