As the Taxpayers’ Rights Advocate and a key Executive Director’s Team member, developed and reviewed Board-wide policies and procedures, and provided consultation and advice to the Board Members, the Executive Director, and management personnel.As Chief Human Resources, planned, organized, and directed the Labor Relations, Classification, Examination, Transactions, Training, and Health and Safety Sections.
