Jennifer Willis is a retired California State Executive who has devoted her life to serving others. She pursues her philanthropic passion to educate and assist individuals, families, and businesses through her leadership and active participation in service and women's organizations. She was previously a Financial Services Representative.Born in Mobile, Alabama, Jennifer received her Psychology degree from Sacramento State University. With over 33 years of California public service as an analyst, supervisor, manager, and Division Chief over Human Resources, Taxpayers' Rights, and Consumer Information, she achieved Executive status and retired. Jennifer is President of the Sacramento Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women (SacNCBW), an NCBW National Board Director, and a National Personnel Committee Member. She is a Past President and member of Soroptimist International of Sacramento, where she also previously served as First Vice President and Board Member. She is a member and past Administrative Secretary and Board Member of the Elk Grove Rotary, and was a past Lincoln Rotary Board Member and President of the Lincoln Rotary Foundation. She is the proud mother of two accomplished children, Linnea and Eric, and has two beautiful grandchildren, Kendrick and Elise.
