I've had the honour of working with humans at moments of their great ambition, need or vulnerability:• Placing a superb operator into a high-turnover regional GM/VP role, and seeing them promoted and still in the role over a decade later.• Seeing tears of joy and vindication on the face of victim of unspeakable cruelty at the hands of a residential institution, when the state of Ireland formally apologised to her.
