Inspection: Determine Serviceability of piece parts and entire sub assembly to be acceptable or reject, using the customer work scope and manual, to identify each part using P/N (Part Number), extensive Blueprint Reading. and use of inspection criteria which utilize extensive software understanding and programming. Also using other methods to make sure the correct part to be placed back on the engine, using internal Deviations which allowed other inspection methods to be used with permission from the engineering team. I also complied with SB(Service Bulletins), AD(Airworthiness Directive), and SI(Special Instruction) during my inspection whenever the customer required it, having full knowledge or understanding of each individual requirement. I also created repair routers and procedures, in which are approved through the engineering team. I have a complete understanding of EH&S, 7S, A.C.E ( Achieving Company Excellence), Stamp Warranty, and Cardinal Rules to ensure I follow any regulation on any shop floor. I used different measurement methods to determine the correct fit/tolerance of mating parts using, Caliber, T-Gauges, Pi Tape, Drop gauges, Bore mic’s, and Optical Comparator.
