The programme consisted of projects related to procurement of the supercomputer and associated MASS storage, a collaborative solution working with other government agencies, the underlying infrastructure and network changes, and downstream impacts. This is an ongoing programme that is delivering benefits of increased safety of the British public due to enhanced capability to forecast extreme weather events on a more granular scale.Managed £20M project to construct a prototype Doppler radar.
