Plutonic Gold Mine

Promoted to optimise production output through an overhaul of the drill & blast pratices & short-term processes, ensuring commercial success in terms of safety, production and cost whilst reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent.- Overhaul of the drill & blast standards while educating production and underground technical staff.- Defined and embedded QA/QC standards to ensure safety and productivity of underground drill & blast activities.- Aligned operations with forecasts having prepared and presented weekly & thirteen-week schedules.- Oversaw the transition of mining software and historic records with new procedures matching updated processes.

Plutonic Gold Mine

Finalised underground time with six months of production drilling using Sandvik Solo 5 & DRL431 and five months of development & production charging. Primary duties on surface were to produce stope drill plans, charge plans, tele-remote plans & monthly scheduling for all underground activities.

Granny Smith

Role contracted from Bowden Select. Supplied production charge up services to the Granny Smith Gold Mine. Duties included Re-entry of blasted areas, preparing drill holes for explosive loading, loading explosives using ANFO & Emulsion.

Frog'S Leg Gold Mine, Kalgoorlie

Initially employed as a Nipper, transferred to Service Crew and finally Development Charge Up before leaving to start a FIFO role.
