Will is currently a Manager at EY in their SAP Data and Analytics capability group. Will brings an empathetic approach to project management, leveraging his natural desire to connect with people to better understand their needs and design a solution that is tailored to fit. He strongly believes that the successful implementation of a robust Master Data Management (MDM) solution is multi-faceted and requires full buy in from often disparate business units across an organization.As a workstream lead on multiple MDG implementations on S/4 HANA, Will has served as the bridge between his clients and the development team. To do this, he has gained a robust understanding of both the business processes that drive data governance rules and procedures, as well as what is technically feasible and the effort required to deliver such requirements. He is proficient in the design and configuration of SAP MDG for standard and custom objects. Will is a strategic thinker and natural problem solver, always trying to understand how all of the pieces of the puzzle come together. His work designing and delivering robust data governance transformation with some of the largest Fortune 500 companies has given him a broad view of cross-industry best practices. Recently, Will began a role on the Alumni Board of the Luddy School of Informatics and Computing at Indiana University.
