I bring 20 years of diverse and impactful experience in business, government, and civic leadership, with a focus on mentoring, inclusivity, and community engagement. I have a Doctor of Healthcare Administration, MBA and MS in Non-Profit Management. Previous experience includes Chief Administrative Officer of Resurrection Healthcare, a midsize health system, where I developed and implemented financial strategy and operations, and built a 100-bed skilled-nursing assisted living facility offering palliative, rehabilitation and acute care. Additional experience with the National Institutes of Health, Uniformed Services University and Dept of the Army. I also have extensive board governance and strategic communication skills, having chaired and served on multiple boards of non-profit and professional organizations. I am passionate about empowering and supporting others, especially the youth and the marginalized, through education, mentorship, and advocacy.
