I worked in a number of positions at JW3 over its first five years. This has required a wide range of administrative and logistical abilities, including but not limited to managing databases and overseeing processes, working to schedules and deadlines, assisting with contracts and managing project finances, keeping systems up to date and operating as a key member of the team both vertically within the line-management system and horizontally inter-departmentally to coordinate with colleagues in Building Management, Operations, Production, Box Office, Finance and Volunteering.I worked in the Programming Team both as a Cultural Programmer and in administrative support, In the Programming Team I assisted day-to-day programming of a wide range of cultural, learning and health events and worked as a cultural programmer and organising a range of events, including:● Organising an in-conversation between Daniel Libeskind and Samira Ahmad, in partnership with London Festival of Architecture.● Co-organising GAYW3, a week-long LGBTQI festival.● Co-organising a week-long Battle of Cable Street anniversary festival.● Co-organising two Labour leadership hustings and one London Mayoral hustings.● Curation of an art installation comprising of three distinct artists' work, in partnership with London Festival of Architecture.● Chairing panel discussions and Q&A events.● Programming and managing a range of cultural walks, talks and screenings.
