Ever since I can remember, I’ve loved to build, create, and figure out how things work to make them better. My interests have translated to my work, where I thrive in solving problems and creating infrastructure by building systems, teams, processes, and relationships. I enjoy the constant challenge of doing more with less, setting a future goal and figuring out how to get there and never being satisfied with the status quo.I’ve been fortunate throughout my career to have had many opportunities to put my interests into action. I had fun building the manufacturing operation at Bose, creating the financial foundation at REhnu, improving the supply chain function at HTG, and combining financial, operational and systems expertise at W. L. Gore. Each experience has been different; from the business size – startup to corporate setting, to the industry – material testing, renewable energy to medical devices.
