About Will Pritchard, Mba, Frsa
I am a nationally recognised leader in enterprise and entrepreneurship who works closely with executives and boards, in education and industry, to nurture symbiotic relationships and generate outstanding results. I believe strongly in the power of genuine collaboration and partnership in pursuit of a better world. A common thread to my work is that I excel at helping organisations understand opportunities and corresponding challenges, creating strategies for change, and implementing them to drive measurable performance improvements. This requires being comfortable moving between top level strategy and operations, as well as being adept at dealing with the quantitative and qualitative to build an informed picture of what might otherwise remain complicated, complex, and ambiguous. My portfolio of SME clients has encompassed several industries, particularly professional services, TMT, engineering, manufacturing and social enterprise. Working with executives and/or boards, my involvement is often a combination of consultancy, executive coaching, and facilitation which focuses on enterprise, innovation and growth. My education sector experience involves extensive work with over sixty universities and educational institutions around the world, particularly on their approaches to enterprise. My engagements in education have blended applied research, consultancy and training and development for maximum impact. I was proud to be the youngest ever director to secure a prestigious directorship at the leading national organisation Enterprise Educators UK, representing 115 member institutions and 345 000 associates. From there I moved on to apply my expertise as a non-executive (NED) in the housing sector, and as the chair of an impact investment fund. Currently based in the UK, my international experience has included work in East, Southeast and West Asia, as well as ongoing work elsewhere.
Listed skills include Entrepreneurship, Event Management, Event Planning, Start Ups, and 23 others.
