About Will Kelley

Senior Project Manager turned adjuster. My experiences lie in both the middle and high net worth homes. Background in mitigation back in 2008 in the Chicagoland area. After becoming the marketing director of my first restoration firm, my journey brought me west to Southern California. In SoCal I spent about two years as a marketing director for a small mom and pop shop then went to another small GC to begin as a Project Manager. At that time we were a less than 10 employee company. When I left the company nearly 10 years later, we had grown from less than 10 to 50+. Though I appreciated the growth, I needed a challenge. I needed a change. In 2022 I began the exigent work of the adjuster. It’s a pressure cooker to say the least, but I love it. Very grateful for this industry. Looking forward to another upcoming season of learning and growth.
