About Will Kemble-Clarkson

Venture Punk | Gaming MDI’ve been immersed in digital innovation for the last 25 years. I started in creative agencies, helping brands take their businesses online, which eventually led me to be part of the founding team for HSBC's online-first bank in Central and Eastern Europe and Russia. Back in the UK, I rode the iPhone wave, building app-based products and experiences for O2 before setting up my own Corporate Venture Studio, Perlin. We launched ventures across various industries, including healthcare, recruitment, and entertainment. We spun out a proptech venture, PeopledotProperty, which was acquired in 2015. After that, I joined forces with a radical group of open-web enthusiasts, trying to empower users through control of their data. It was too early and a bit too ‘out there’ for the mainstream, so I returned to corporate life, doing innovation stuff at O2 (again) and managing to do some cool projects in gaming and VR. But the sleepy pace of Slough wasn’t for me, so I moved to Saudi Arabia, becoming Head of Innovation for a city where we tackled challenges as diverse as how to improve crop yields whilst reducing environmental impact to working out what the museum experinces of the future will be. I then spent 2.5 years helping set-up and run a venture studio for the largest giga-project in the region which launched startups that spanned personal data, satellite tech, media and entertainmant and the spacial internet. I'm now immersed in things I truly love: running the Eurpoean operation of the exciting gaming media business DIVISION, helping democratise entrepreneurship as a co-founder of Venture Punks and keeping a hand in the world of Web3 with SportReconfigured.I pride myself on being a company energiser and creative problem-solver with a healthy dose of an ‘anything is possible’ attitude. I live in Lisbon with my wife, dog, and two kids.
