In participating in regulatory proceedings, I perform technical and qualitative analyses, and provide testify in commission proceedings on issues relating to solar energy, including DG compensation, rate cases, resource planning and distribution system planning.

Participated in all phases of the legislative process including message development, message delivery and legislative procedure.• Represented the Chairman as part of professional staff team during the negotiation and drafting of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990. Assisted lead committee counsel in coordinating multiple negotiations on a wide range of subjects, maintained communications with outside interests and led negotiations in developing House position on CFC emissions.• Participated in the planning of legislative strategies to address a wide range of issues of concern to the Chairman and Members of the Committee, including telecommunications reform, reauthorization of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, long-term care insurance, and DOE weapons facilities.
