Specified building envelope, insulation, lighting design, high-performance window detail, interior mechanical systems, and exterior architectural systems to meet German Passive House standards for low energy use, healthy living space, and durability in cold climate.

Develop and oversee pipeline of projects for mechanical contractor specializing in solar photovoltaic systems. Implement cloud-based project file sharing directory to guide projects through utility interconnection and net-metering application and approval processes. Facilitate permitting of solar projects with rendering illustrations, site plans, electrical one-line diagrams, and array layout details. Present to and interface with municipal planning and select board officials.

New England

Operated as an independent design/build solar integrator with 200 kW light commercial portfolio. Worked with commercial and institutional customers: evaluating site feasibility, financing options, and qualification for incentives and interconnection processes. Assist in aggregation and management of customer environmental commodities (RECs).

Responsible for conversion of solar inquiries from lead to contract. To date, delivered over $4M in contracted work, with residential, commercial, and municipal clientele, and a contract value range of $20K - $200K. Technical sales proficiency in solar photovoltaic systems from 1 – 150 kW DC; solar thermal systems up to 560 ft2 of collector. Instituted image rendering of solar arrays for more sophisticated commercial and institutional proposal work. Wrote and won Efficiency Maine grant for shared-ownership 50-kilowatt solar array (Community Solar Farm); $48,000 in seed money to fund first-in-state demonstration project.

Dover, Nh

Laid the groundwork for the start of local solar installer's office in new territory. Responsible for sales and feasibility outreach work in the southern Maine and NH territories, bringing in approximately 82 installation contracts (roughly $820,000 at $10K average project price tag) in the first year of territory development. Represented company and presented at marketing events, researched new opportunities and prepared marketing guidance for C-level intel.

Worked as part of Hudson Valley solar GTPV team, installing systems for homes, businesses, and municipalities.

Taught classes, from beginner to advanced levels, ranging from children to adults. Supervised placement of students based on reading and writing levels, grammar comprehension, and basic fluency. Organized and instructed a First Certificate in English preparatory course. Developed and promoted courses for business clients in firms, banks, and goventment offices. Supplemeted services with Polish-English translations.
