Helping students with maths in one-to-one sessions. This involved breaking down concepts in imaginative and engaging ways, and creating relevant practice material. Being adaptable was vital as often the tutee wouldn’t grasp the topic as I initially anticipated, so explaining it differently or changing the practice material was necessary.
