Directed quality assurance and education for a team of more than 20 maternal-fetal medicine sonographers at multiple clinical locations (inpatient and outpatient). In this position I introduced a new quality assurance program and created educational lectures geared toward increasing sonographer exam quality and disease detection. Independently provided sonographic assessment and technical impressions on difficult or abnormal fetal cases; particularly those with congenital cardiac malformations. I presented these findings at the monthly multidisciplinary meeting. Provided coaching or feedback to sonographers and physicians on difficult or abnormal cases for diagnostic, quality, and educational purposes.Maintained the AIUM accreditation for each location.
