Hi, I am Will Mangaser, I’m from Tenafly, New Jersey and I am currently a student at Indiana University studying Finance BSB and a minor in Real Estate.I would describe myself as a very accountable and driven individual who strives to achieve greatness in whatever I do, as well as uplifting my peers around me. My passions include real estate, sales, management, and architecture. I am a natural leader and I lead by example; I think there’s no better way to lead than by example. It is very easy to see someone do something the correct way and follow in their steps as opposed to a leader who stands on the sidelines and commands people what to do. Throughout my entire life, especially in sports, I’ve learned how to conduct myself as a leader and truly be a model for those who look up to me through my actions, words, and demeanor. I am active on social media, which is very important to me in order to network and make new connections with people.Right now, I’m focused on getting the most knowledge and education I can, as well as practicing good work habits to prepare myself to get into real estate. I choose to surround myself with individuals with similar goals and mindsets so that we can support and push each other towards our goals. I also go to showings and construction sites with my friend to gain experience in the residential side of the business.In my future, here at school and beyond, I hope I can utilize the skills and knowledge I’ve gained at IU to better my career or my business as well as advise and guide my peers to success. I hope to learn more everyday I spend in the business and to use my experience to rise to the top of the real estate world.
