First sales leader hired on the sales team. Worked with CEO to fully implement Salesforce CRM, built individual and team-wide dashboards. Developed end-to-end cold outreach program & process, landing multiple 7-figure accounts. Worked with CEO & later CRO to develop Enterprise selling playbook. Work cross functionally with Prototyping Lab, Supply Chain team & Sourcing team to identify new markets & attendant packaging product development needs to win in those markets. Recruited & trained 2 enterprise AEs, 1 mid-market AE, BD Manager & Sales Project Manager. Lead all Enterprise Business Development.

Full P&L responsibility and ownership of company performance and growth on the West Coast.First employee promoted to Regional Manager and tasked with owning supply & demand side of the marketplace on the West Coast. Moved from NYC to LA to open the LA office and build a local team. Led recruitment & training of Student Relations Manager and Business Development Coordinator. Led and managed growth and on-campus community development efforts on the West Coast, resulting in 25 student-organization partnerships across 10 campuses in 6 months. Delivered 2.5X YoY growth to top 10 strategic West Coast campuses, driving Los Angeles into the only global top 10 city in N America. Led the launch of Student.com Ambassador program on the West Coast. Recruited, trained, activated 15 Ambassadors across 5 campuses in 4 months.

Second employee in North America - first non-managerial hire. Tasked with launching all West Coast supply development and operations. Signed-up and successfully closed 110,000 beds // 350 properties in 12 months at an average commission of 4%. Led business development into many strategic multi-family relationships including Alliance Residential, UDR, The Irvine Company and others. Independently recruited two additional BD managers & a New Markets Specialist. Developed all scripts, objection handling, and overall BD processes for scaling and on-boarding Multifamily supply in new markets.

Second hire on SF Expansion team tasked with building out supply & demand partnerships for three core categories of events: dance music, long tail & adventure, and food. Second-best performing Partner Development Manager in N America, averaging 40 events per-week in app. Secured tickets to number one and number two best-selling one-off events in N America: Tilt Halloween Party 2014 (150+ tix sold) & SF Oysterfest 2014 (200+ tix sold).Developed and maintained ongoing book of 80+ client partners in NYC & SF.

I planned, organized, and marketed events using the Tilt.com funding platform.Meticulously managed budgets of up to $100,00 to ensure the events came through within budget.Produced unique, high concept events including a crowdfunded private plane to Las Vegas for NYE that drive word-of-mouth marketing for the Crowdtilt brand and helped secure valuable PR coverage. Coverage for NYE event yielded 350K+ pageviews in three days.Managed all relationships with vendors, artists, venues and other third parties.Effectively negotiated contracts with third parties to ensure that quotes came in at budget.Led outreach to educate event organizers and promoters in San Francisco and other markets about the Crowdtilt product and funding model via cold calling and cold emailing. Over the course of three months this lead to over $200,000 in successfully funded events.

My mission in running for Student Activities Chair was to create a more inclusive social atmosphere on-campus. One where the "dry" dorm residents felt comfortable -- rather, excited -- to come out to the same events as everyone else. Because of the great team we had on the ASCMC board, we were lucky to be able to execute on this shared vision. Chaired and delegated event management responsibility to the 14 member dorm Vice Presidents committee.Designed and implemented a task checklist to ensure the efficient and seamless execution of events.Manage and allocate a budget of $50,000 to plan and execute events for students over the course of a year.Created $10,000 in profits from tank-top, t-shirt and ticket sales for unique social events.Planned and set up 500+ person social events each weekend.

Engaged the public in dialogue about state and federal environmental legislation and consumer rights legislation.Solicited $8,000 in membership contributions via door-to-door canvassing.
