I am responsible for managing RSF's website, stewarding the RSF brand, and crafting compelling stories about RSF's community of investors, donors, and borrowers.

As senior associate and later manager for NFF's marketing and communication's team, I identified, researched, and produced stories that advanced the mission of Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF). This included managing NFF's social media platforms, writing NFF's newsletter, and penning articles for NFF's website.

As communications lead for the Susan Crown Exchange (SCE), I designed SCE's communications strategy, produced SCE's newsletter and blog, managed social media, and tracked analytics. I led SCE's rebrand, which included a website redesign and updated values statement. I also supported SCE's programs team by writing funding opportunities and reviewing applications.

I spent three months collecting stories in Root Capital's office in San José, Costa Rica. I visited coffee cooperatives in rural areas of Nicaragua and Colombia, interviewed coffee farmers and production managers, took photos, and wrote stories about their work. I also served as the lead for Root Capital's monthly giving program and global internal communications.

I produced original content for Root Capital’s digital communications platforms, including our newsletter (over 10,000 subscribers), social media (combined reach of over 25,000 people across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram), and blog. I also pitched and managed external media opportunities and created graphics for Root Capital's fundraising campaigns.

I provided key logistics support for Global Citizen Year's Ecuador team. I organized venues, activities and transportation for country-wide training seminars, helped screen and evaluate job applicants, and supported team leaders with incident reporting.

After interning with Greenpop for six months, I was hired as the organization's Reach Coordinator, where I served as the main media liaison and led digital communications. Managing a team of three interns, I designed and implemented marketing campaigns for Greenpop's events and digital channels, ensuring that Greenpop remained one of Cape Town's foremost environmental organizations.

Alongside students from the Dominican university INTEC, I spent mornings in a classroom learning the basics of social entrepreneurship. Each afternoon, I traveled to a low-income community to conduct a survey for local microfinance institution Esperanza, asking Esperanza's clients a series of questions designed to gauge the rate of penetration for Esperanza's complimentary social services.
