My name is Will McCormick, and I am from Indianapolis, Indiana. I am currently studying Finance in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. I chose this because it is a versatile major that will allow me to break into the business world and have the option to take my career in many different directions. I have always been good with time management. When I was in high school, I played hockey and football and the seasons overlapped. This meant that I would go straight from one practice to the next and often would not get home till late at night. Despite this I still found time to get all my schoolwork done and maintain my 4.2 GPA. Another skill I possess is being a quick learner. I have always picked up on things quickly and been able to figure things out in a relatively short period of time. These skills translate well into the business world. Time management will help me get my work done on time and being a quick learner will allow me to become better at my job because I will always be picking up new skills. I am looking for a job that will challenge me, but still have a good work life balance. I want to be in a position that has the opportunity for growth and is rewarded for good work.
