When I started I was given my territory and existing accounts to work with. My job is to increase revenue within this territory by generating more business from these existing clients as well as prospecting new business. I do this by building genuine personal relationships with all clients (both existing and prospective) and candidates. I have built up a trust with an excellent core group of candidates that means that they will only work with Tradewind.

My expertise lies in the recruitment of a broad range of roles in the IT arena including very technical roles to senior business consulting roles. I have been able to build vast talent communities and talent pools as well as successfully engaging with passive candidates while head hunting.I stay in regular contact with top quality I.T candidates and interview each candidate personally before adding them to my talent pool.
