In this climate, we work hard to make sure you have access to top quality equipment - without the massive initial spend and constant maintenance costs.In the past couple of years, I've completely indulged myself in the Performing Arts Industry. It really brought me out of my shell as a youngster and has opened doors for me in many different ways. I kept performing on stage and in front of the camera for many years, performing for company's such as BYMT and NYT in Belfast, London and Aberdeen, and more recently, Acting on screen for Commercials, Short Films and TV Series'. I found the struggle that most people experience in this industry when starting out - Financial Stability. This was a really scary factor for me and I knew if I could get something more stable on the side that I could work hard on, It would grant me a little more freedom in terms of personal finances.During lockdown, I decided to throw myself into the E-Commerce sector particularly in Amazon FBA (Fulfilled By Amazon) which has served me well to this date. I currently run a Facebook group that brings local Amazon sellers around Northern Ireland/Ireland together to share ideas and to educate new members.Although this was an amazing opportunity to grow and gain that stability I was eager to gain, I realized at such a young age that I could be missing out on experiences in different industry's and sectors. So, I started as a Production Manager at Sparky Pac LTD (Fresh Fields NI) which is a huge supplier of fresh food to retailers such as Tesco's, Henderson Food groups and Sainsburys. This position taught me a lot in terms of people skills, being highly organized and developing more of a Problem Solution mindset.I then moved into the Sales and Marketing sector, which really drew my eyes. Working at PAMB opened my eyes to the potential of working in sales and the personal growth I can have in the time I would be there. I learnt so much, from advanced sales skills to recruitment, from training day one members to managing my own team. Working on a commission based structure pushed me to work outside of my comfort zone and fully involve myself in learning and progression.I am in the process of working down the sales pathway, experiencing the different angles business' coordinate their sales teams and tactics.
