Checked transmittals for proper clearance; printed hard copies of incoming mail, routes or messages to other terminals as designated; and entered dates, time, and identified data into an index of electronic files or documents.Prepared litigated documents for 10 judges, 30 Attorneys, and 6 Chief Deputies. In addition, produced various documents which included audit reports using Windows software functions while working from handwritten drafts, and edited copy or electronic files.
