Full ownership of Sales Ops Function• Sales data owner company wide, partnering with the CEO, VPs of Sales, CS, AM in addition to being main POC for key cross-functional partners - VP of Demand Gen, SVP of Finance, CMO, etc. • Owned quota setting, headcount and revenue forecasting, territory analysis and creation, and capacity planning for all IC teams supported (New Business, Account Management, Customer Success, Onboarding & Technical Solutions)• Managed team of 3 sales ops analysts and the Salesforce admin• End to end ownership of tech stack; tool evaluation through renewal
