I graduated in May of 2014 from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and minors in both Business and Economics. I have worked for a number of different companies in various industries. My most recent position was as a field engineer with Halliburton. There I learned to work with a high functioning team in an intense pressure and time sensitive environment. This fast paced, high pressure environment forced me to work quickly while remaining detail oriented and maintaining a calm demeanor when I had to interact with the customer. At Halliburton I worked long hours at multiple tasks in order to provide excellent service to my customers. I take great pride in my dedication to both my employer and my customers, and do what it takes to get the job done.I also worked two prior internships: At Cameron in Houston I worked in a lean manufacturing role to make various improvements to their manufacturing facility. At Swagelok in Cleveland I worked in the quality engineering department with supervisors, engineers, and machinists to revise and organize the document system. Scouting gave me my earliest leadership training. I have directed various sized groups throughout my volunteer, school and work activities.Through my education, internships and work experience I have become experienced at creating and presenting presentations to management. I am proficient in power point, excel, word and most office software products. My greatest skills are my math and analytic abilities. I like working with numbers, both in an engineering environment as well as a business setting.I seek to utilize industrial and systems engineering concepts and organizational processes combined with personal initiative and collaboration to establish project plans that solve problems and achieve exceptional results.
