Front Desk Assistants represent the university as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors on campus and perform clerical tasks such as finalizing data entry and building activity logs. My responsibilities include:• Monitoring all traffic coming in and out of the building, conducting bag checks, and overseeing a master visitor log • Working in conjunction with WSU Police and Residence Life staff during emergency or crisis situations• Providing information and referrals to appropriate university offices for students

Photography Lab Technicians are responsible for advising students on all digital and wet lab media. My responsibilities include:• Educating students in printing, film processing, scanning negatives, and handling chemistry• Tutoring on digital and wet lab facilities during open lab hours• Keeping track and organizing leased photography equipment

Residential Administrators, or RAs, assist students in their social and intellectual development as members of the university and the larger global community. My responsibilities include:• Assisting residents with the transition to university and residence hall life• Supervising residents and responding to complaints, reports, requests, and emergencies• Enforcing university and residence hall rules and regulations

Grocery & Cash Register Clerks manage customer cash registers transactions and oversee inventory. My responsibilities included:• Registering sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customers' purchases• Controlling inventory and informing procurement managers in case of low inventory levels• Performing stocking duties such as lifting, rotating products, ordering, blocking, dusting and facing

Crew member duties include customer service, preparing food, and using point-of-sale systems. Additional responsibilities included:• Recording food orders, operating cash registers, and safely handling food• Focusing on providing excellent customer service at all points of the customer experience
