I performed many different quality test on materials we produce (Paper Products and Printers), as well as on materials we purchase from our suppliers (Paper and Ink Products). On the paper products I performed tests like tear resistance, stiffness, tensile strength, and tests that can help to quantify their liner adhesion characteristics. On the ink products I performed scratch and smudge durability tests, and on Printers I perform Print Head Life Tests.I processed returned goods as a result of customer complaints and help to find the source of the issue if it is a media quality issue, and I processed material that we reject from our suppliers and help to determine if the problem we are having is our fault or our suppliers'. I also ran tests on employee productivity as a part of FMEA testing. To aid tracking these issues I created and maintained several databases. These included one for corrective action/non-conformance issues, maintenance issues, continuous improvement, and production floor efficiency.
