Upgrading the Cafe Experience for corporates across India with Zomato.Worked with teams across Zomato and embedded all TongueStun offerings into the corporate suite of offerings under Zomato. Played the bridge role to onboard all clients, food partners and users of TongueStun to Zomato with near zero impact on operations.Repurposed the country wide Zomato partner and delivery network to offer unique benefits to our corporate clients like special Zomato Pro memberships, Zomato Celebrations, Work from Home meals, etc.During the COVID induced lockdowns, we mobilized food partners across India to feed over 4million meals to the migrant workers, across 45 cities within a very short period of time, to meet the CSR requirements of corporates.Built the Zomato Meal Cards business, from $0 to $7.5Mn in revenue in less than a year during the COVID pandemic, with a hit crew of 7 members.

Being a Product Evangelist and Startup Fire-starter, I was tasked with building the product ground up. I dove innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development to accelerate the product development, product market test and continued optimization of the business idea.After establishing a robust product, I setup a team to build on the various customer and client experience. This helped me engage with the largest MNCs in the country while solving their biggest problems in the cafeteria management space. With the range of innovations in the product and associated processes we became the first organization focussed on Upgrading the Cafe Experience for corporates across India.

Heading the marketing team for iN Technologies, I worked on building the brand for their latest product Eaze Chat, starting with creating their web presence, and then their social presence and press releases.

I am primarily responsible for all the web operations including Web Design, Web Development, Web Content Writing, Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing.

Will joined the FIN Web team as a Web Associate in October 2007 and has since continued to make innovations in various deliverables to improve consumability and member voice. He has been instrumental in the intellectual growth of the team and can be credited with mentoring a majority of new hires apart from taking initiatives in project and queue management in partnering more effectively with US peers. Will has been a forerunner in the team to start using Google Analytics and is now considered a resource in this area for the entire department. In stepping-up to take analytics and reporting for the entire FIN Digital Team he has provided the senior leadership support to make strategic decisions based on his analysis and dashboards. He has been a great thought partner throughout the implementation process, and continues to think strategically as FIN scopes out its Digital Strategy for the future.
