I'm passionate about promoting mental health awareness and creating positive change. As a Mental Health Ambassador, I strive to speak from experience, share resources, educate others, and reduce stigma.

I am the co-founder and manager of RunningStars Run Club, a club created by two freshies, for students and faculty at UTSC. Our purpose is to create a supportive athletics community that empowers students through promoting overall well-being.Established in the Fall of 2023, our group has attracted a diverse range of athletic backgrounds within the UTSC student population. We hope to collaborate with fellow student groups, athletes, and coaches to develop high-quality running guidance that aligns with current sports training methods and enhances student experience and academics through effective exercise stress management.What does Fall 2024 behold? We are looking to collaborate with the run club at UofT St. George. We are also considering breaking the club into two major training tiers; attracting leisure runners and those who are looking to train for competitions. This goal fits our mission statement of supporting student health and well-being by catering to all student-athletes with essential training tools, injury prevention techniques, and innovative resources. There's no better feeling than empowering the UTSC community through running and athletic events!

During high school, I spearheaded youth volunteer work with Interact, a Rotary-sponsored club. I served as the Meeting Director, Project Manager, and Administrator. Some of our greatest achievements include raising $50,000 to build a water well for a school in Malawi, building 35 beds with Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP) for children without beds or bedframes, collecting and distributing thousands of canned goods for the homeless, building a home with HabitatforHumanity, with car washes we raised thousands of dollars for chicken and egg microenterprise in Africa and the Middle East and collecting 2,000 shoes and textiles for said microenterprises with Soles4Souls.
