As a client support associate I am involved within several different duties on a day to day basis while managing my main responsibilities of Coordinating and administer queries in the Zest help desk system.My responsibilities are to respond to customer enquiries within service level agreements, communicating work estimates and associated costs, providing proactive and timely updates on high priority tickets, whilst effectively managing and progressing allocated ticket load. Resolving queries from clients (e.g. configuration, process and reporting queries). Building effective relationships with key contacts to ensure delivery of Customer Service excellence while liaising with the wider business to find resolutions and escalate appropriately. Responsibly handle, classify and manage all information, whether internal or received from external parties.I've now started to help with project consultant builds for new/existing clients and I am now looking for the next step in my career to becoming a project consultant.

As a customer service assistant I am tasked with the crucial responsibility of dealing with customer queries, cash handling and varied general customer assistance, all completed whilst professionally representing the bank. I enjoy being on the front line and help delivering great customer service to our customers as well fulfilling all their stated and unstated needs. Supporting their financial queries and displaying my competence that I will complete all questions asked of me. I can start the day on the enquires desk but will find myself switching through different departments due to being a multi skilled CSA. I have experience in dealing with customer complaints and always follow an open approach to customers feedback and resolving them to the customers satisfaction. By the end of the day I will be locking up the bank, cash handling and ensuring that all security measures are completed. I find that I'm very versatile in this aspect and will adapt to every situation correctly and efficiently, with ease. I have gained knowledge of dealing with Fraudulent transactions and have knowledge of KYC procedures.

As a general sales assistant, I was involved in several different roles throughout the store. These included: stock replenishment, serving customers, assisting customers throughout the store, typically by collecting items from the warehouse or at self-service, and offering my assistance to any customer who may have a query or question.
