• Organize and Coordinate work related events for 75 people three times a year.• Represented the company at the largest International weapons and outdoor trade show in Nuremberg, Germany.• Assist with Shipping and Receiving supplies.• Coordinate material lists and keep a running inventory for production runs of knives.• Photograph, edit, upload and keep track of all necessary pictures each day.• Invoice and accept warranty service payments from customers.• Quality control on warranty work.• Supervise warranty and photography assistant.• Communicate with customers by email and phone.• Stand in supervisor for 3 departments when needed.• Insure proper material is used per distributor orders.
