Manage a growing and fast-paced career services office for the School of Science at IUPUI. Oversee and conduct advising on a broad array of career development issues including internships, major exploration, resumes and cover letters, interviewing techniques, the job search, as well as graduate and professional school application processes. Coordinate and direct marketing of services, programs and events utilizing targeted email messaging, social media, and print materials.

Assisted in selection process for all resident assistants. Directed administrative functions of three residence halls. Created and developed a first-year living learning community encouraging campus engagement and promoting responsible social activity.Advised Resident Student Association and three Hall Councils. Coordinated intense month-long campus wide social programming in order to provide healthy social alternatives.
