The Project Manager at BIG RED DOG is responsible for preparation and coordination of all technical activities on assigned project.  Visit various telecom markets to bid walk/site walk for modernization projects and or green build projects Create template files and zoning drawings for T-Mobile’s LTE deployment to the TN market Coordinate with drafting and engineering teams in India to create construction documents for AT&T’s LTE deployment to the North and South Carolina regions. Created file structure and set up IT network, wrote processes for workflow and created project tracking systems. Ensure construction drawing sets were up to industry standards and provide support to crews working in the field. Created construction drawings for natural gas alignments and civil projects in south Texas. Collaborate with clients, vendors and sub-contractors to deliver a high-quality product.

 Create civil site plans, compound layouts, structural drawings and details for tower foundations and connections for Motorola U.S. Customs and Border Protection Modernization Project in the State of Maine to improve/upgrade their existing communications network. Coordinated with Verizon Wireless and AT&T to upgrade their existing lines, antennas, and equipment compounds to LTE design specifications in the Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Illinois markets. Perform site visits to gather data necessary for the preparation of civil/structural design calculations. Provide CAD support, as necessary, to meet strict client deadlines.

In this capacity I was responsible for a dept. of approximately 30-40 employees providing global service across a 24x7 shift. Our department was responsible for logging service calls into the system, dispatching engineers to fix the problem, and sourcing parts to the locations for the engineers.
