As a Gold Class Manager at Event Cinemas, I oversee the operations and customer service of our premium cinema experience. With over 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed strong skills in food service, sales campaigns, staff training, and roster management. I am passionate about delivering exceptional entertainment and dining experiences to our guests, while ensuring the efficiency and profitability of our business.In addition to my managerial duties, I have been involved in numerous projects, changes, and developments at the site level, such as organizing and hosting our well-known Chicks at the Flicks and Gold Class Functions events. These events require careful planning, coordination, and execution, as well as effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. I have successfully led and supported these events, resulting in increased customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue.I am Business Management Graduate from University of Queensland (Majoring in Human Resources).
