Performs standard employee training, product purchasing, scheduling, P&L reporting and general leadership responsibilities. Lives a marketing lifestyle by connecting with the local community and discovering how to greater fulfill the business and personal pizza needs of the Stapleton area of Denver.

Assisted launching a Chicago concept franchise into a new market to average over $750,000 in annual revenue.
 Managed the daily operations of customer service, inventory tracking, facility maintenance, product purchasing and staff leadership in a restaurant that was awarded ABC News A-List’s “Best Pizza in Denver” in 2010 and Best of Westword Reader's Choice Best Pizza 2011.
 Administered and implemented marketing campaigns, branding concepts, menu development, employee training curriculum and procedure evaluation to increase sales and profit margins.

Organized and performed weekly church services, facilitating and leading a group of 30+ volunteers.
 Initiated foreign aid team to an orphanage in El Salvador as the church’s first independent mission project.

Directed the music program of a church by organizing, training and recruiting musicians for weekly services.

Wrote, performed, produced and managed an original rock band in the Chicago-land area. Toured internationally and garnered an international recording and distribution contract for the music created by STRIVE. STRIVE went on to found a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (Rock Gospel Ministries) dedicated to facilitating the arts in developing communities around the world by helping local agencies communicate their message through music and the arts.
