● Responsible for overseeing over 50 associates daily and keeping them on task and assigning new tasks in order tomake daily shipping volume● Provide leadership and expertise to optimize inventories, material planning, production scheduling, andtransportation● Utilize KPIs in determining gaps and opportunities in associate and department performance● Adhere to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior incompleting job duties and assignments● Maintains quality and safety standards in Outbound department● Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

Direct daily outbound Ship Dock/Transship operations for Amazon. Teach, train, and develop associates. Work on continuous improvement projects with measurable results, problem solve and remove barriers for associates. Process shipments and monitor metrics to manage performance of departments. Implement new strategies to efficiently run productive shifts. Manage outbound teams including Dock Clerks, Outbound PAs, associates and problem solvers. Mange outbound operations which include critical pull times and customer driven metrics. Maintain and enforce a safe working environment at all times.

Promote Purdue University Northwest’s core values and enhance the overall educational experience of students through the development of, exposure to, and participation in academic, social, cultural, leadership and community service opportunities. Assist the coordinator of New Student Orientation with developing, planning, marketing, management and implementing New Student Orientation and other new student programming that meet the needs of students transitioning into a higher education environment.

Mentor to first year and transfer students, bridge the gap between students and professors. Expose students to campus facility, advisors, and other college resources. Integrate these students into the college community.

Supervised park guests throughout their time on the course and assisted with park flow. Ensured high quality safety standards and assisted guests with waivers, outfitting gear, and safety demonstrations.
