2012 graduate of UNCW's Cameron School of Business, and a 2017 graduate of the University of Copenhagen's Institute for Food and Resource Economics. Upon graduation from UNCW in 2012, I accepted a job offer to teach English in South Korea where I remained until 2014. I returned home, worked to save money, and began applying to graduate programs here and abroad. I accepted an offer to attend the University of Copenhagen, knowing that the university is known for it's high quality of research, and the city of Copenhagen, itself, a world leader in innovative green technology and sustainable economic policies. My time there was incredible and I have returned Stateside invigorated to share my skills which were sharpened there. I am an Eagle Scout, former collegiate fraternity president, and a Freemason. I am well-versed in multiple technological software including STATA and R. I am well cultured, and extremely adaptive to dynamic situations. I thrive in team and solo work settings alike, and am known for my communication and leadership skills within the community. Over a 6-month period in 2017 I worked on original empirical research with my colleague that resulted in our MSc thesis. We successfully defended our thesis on the 23rd of August, 2017 and received top marks as well as an offer to adapt the research for publication in an academic journal.In March of 2018, I accepted a position as a Research Assistant at an renewable energy and utilities consulting firm in Columbia, MD.
