Lead Technical Architect for the Global Risk Fulfillment team within the Advanced Risk Capabilities organization. Responsible for designing overall technical architecture and guidelines adhering to American Express standards. Create project plans, presentations, assign priorities, and manage deliverables. Team currently manages a portfolio of > 500 applications which perform numerous customer management processes such as increasing a line of credit, cancelling a card, sending communications such as letters and emails, and managing credit balances. Team is responsible for fulfilling 10M+ actions annually across the customer lifecycle. Designed and implemented new service oriented architecture to dramatically increase speed to market, reduce operational risk, and reduce maintenance costs. Key components focus on standardizing system to system communications, creating global checks and balances, and proactively issue monitoring & notification.

Director of the Digital Analytics Tracking team within the Global Network & International Card Services organization. Business owner of the multi-million dollar Global Campaign Tracking capability which was a Digital Transformation Program Top 100 Project when developed. This capability provides sophisticated real time tracking and advanced attribution logic for acquisition marketing campaigns in 20 international markets.Team managed numerous incoming and outgoing data feeds such as Omniture digital analytics data for the American Express website and Ad Impression data from MindShare for recent Facebook media campaigns. Each data source contains a significant volume and the team is projected to process a little over 2.5 billion records per month by the end of the year. Created Digital Acquisition DataMart (DADM) which combines digital data from Omniture and GCT with more traditional American Express systems such as GNA, LANAS, and SWAP. The DADM is the foundation for all of our analysis and MIS such as the Interactive Campaign Response Tracking and Digital Sub-channel Reports. Advanced Offline Attribution process developed to recreate and enhance real time attribution while also correcting for any technology or tracking issues. Provides a holistic view linking online behavior with downstream performance such as card activation and spend.

Responsible for designing overall technical architecture and guidelines adhering to American Express standards. Created project plans, presentations, assign priorities, and manage deliverables. All of these activities were done while ensuring audit and regulatory compliance. Routinely presented information to senior management and larger audiences.Team maintained a portfolio of 9 intranet web applications. They supported change management, resource utilization, and statistical modeling. Over 75% of the risk predictions made by American Express are implemented within these systems. These predictions utilize numerous statistical modeling techniques, such as logistic and linear regressions, Net Present Value, and Customer Value. All changes were implemented utilizing the change management systems to enforce audit and regulatory guidelines.Continuous focus on leadership development. Re-engineered redemption rate calculation process in the Membership Rewards program for all International Markets. This resulted in an approximate annual savings of $2MM. This was made possible by removing almost all manual intervention, which enabled the calculation to be run many more times with a variety of different approaches and statistical modeling techniques.Key participant in internal and external audits. Managed two contractors in their day to day technical tasks and routinely provided technical coaching.
