As a "cutting edge" class action attorney, I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in some of the largest and most complex "bet the company" antitrust actions across the country. My experience runs the gamut from litigating antitrust issues unique to generic pharmaceutical companies to vigorously representing clients in the auto industry across both sides of the "v". I currently serve as co-lead counsel on behalf of a class of end-payor purchasers of automobiles in the litigation captioned In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation for which I have been instrumental in achieving more than $1.2 billion in partial settlements, the largest indirect purchaser recovery in U.S. history. In addition, I currently serve as co-lead counsel in In re Interior Molded Doors Indirect Purchaser Antitrust Litigation where I recently secured a settlement of $19.5 million on behalf of a class of indirect purchasers of interior doors.I also serve as co-lead counsel on behalf of a class of direct purchasers of Keurig K-Cups in a sprawling antitrust class action against Keurig. Several additional illustrative litigation successes include In re Aftermarket Automotive Lighting Products Antitrust Litigation (settlements in excess of $53 million); and In re Marine Hose Antitrust Litigation (settlements totaling nearly $32 million).In addition to a mastery of the antitrust and class action laws, my work demands creative "outside the box" thinking, meticulous case management skills, and intensive collaboration with both my clients and co-counsel.Beyond my antitrust class action practice, I am deeply committed to pro bono work. To that end, I have successfully advocated on behalf of the families of the 9/11 attacks in several "September 11 Victim Compensation Fund" hearings before the Special Master, Kenneth R. Feinberg.
