Partnering with nonprofits and other mission-based organizations looking to improve the connection between the strategic (i.e. vision, mission) and the foundational (i.e. analytics, research). My services range from leadership support, to operational services, to insight generation & analysis.Projects include developing a 10-year growth strategy for the leadership and board of a Chicago nonprofit to turn an impending deficit around to as high as 10x sustainable growth.

Project work includes long-term sustainability strategy development for global healthcare company- Led team of four to develop 10- and 30-year path for elimination of greenhouse gas emissions- Designed holistic recommendation, adopted by CEO/Board, to achieve sustainability targets

Drove global execution of social impact and sustainability initiatives. Includes client engagements, partnerships, thought leadership, and internal programming related to:1) Economic Development,2) Energy & Sustainability, and3) Education & Workforce

Secondment and continued support for the Consumers Beyond Waste project

- Directed growth strategy targeting 250% reach increase of OptionB.Org community for LGBTQ people facing family and community rejection- Drove piloting and content development for 50 Ways to Fight Bias, a research-based anti-bias program

- Conducted study of emerging audio technologies and advised team on entry strategy- Collaborated with team on funding strategy and resource planning

Project work includes global cost assessment for large consumer goods company identifying $20MM+ annual benefit- Led global benchmarking serving client's HR, Finance, Procurement and Legal departments- Proposed opportunities including technology investment and operating model optimization

Project work includes technology strategy assessment and startup launch for large truck manufacturer aimed at empowering small businesses- Conducted market study and collaborated with CIO to define corporate technology strategy- Oversaw operations function in launching internal startup targeting $200MM in annual revenue

Project work includes operations integration for global consumer goods merger (A.T. Kearney Great Client Work Award recipient)- Led integration of procurement systems and processes on multinational team- Implemented manufacturing network organization design

- Developed, distributed, and performed statistical analysis on a scale to measure well-being- Created, tested, and analyzed experimental stimuli for multiple other studies
