I also developed a rehabilitation and construction community feedback system for the Red Cross and other humanitarian agencies to gather feedback from communities relating to service delivery. In addition, I established a licensed radio station, broadcast 20 live TV shows across Sumatra, managed 6,000 feedback requests from community stakeholders, established an SMS feedback system, and distributed 40,000 copies of a monthly newspaper to Aceh and surrounding regions.
